The apartment is located in the house "U Andersena", which offers exceptional facilities, including a sauna with swimming pool right in the building. Veveří is famous for its cafes, restaurants and shops, and is also just a few minutes walk from the centre of Brno. If you're looking for a combination of tranquillity, urban atmosphere and a convenient location, you've come to the right place.
Entrance to the apartment
The apartment is located on the first floor of a townhouse and is accessed via a historic pavilion that overlooks a quiet green courtyard. The pavement corridors are a characteristic element of this building, giving it an unmistakable charm and connecting it with the tradition of Brno architecture. The entrance is accessible by a staircase from the courtyard, which guarantees peace and privacy.
The key to the main gate is in the security box directly on the gate, to which you will be sent an access code. Access to the apartment is also via a unique access code.
Parking
Parking is available on the surrounding streets for a fee within the resident zone (zones B and C). Parking spaces are marked with a blue line. The easiest way to pay for parking is to use the ParkSimply mobile app.

History of the building
City Vibe Apartment is located in a building with a rich history, which was built in the 1930s in the spirit of functionalist style. It originally served as the administrative and tenant house of the First Moravian Savings Bank, which gives the whole place a unique historical touch. This functionalist gem was designed by leading architects Otakar Oplatek and Josef Polášek, who gave the building the clean lines and modern character typical of the period.
